Hi,

Thank you for contacting HCM.

Bedranol is a beta blocker that is used to control blood pressure and reduce demands of the heart. It reduces heart rate, so sometimes can help in cases with tachycardia; meaning increased heart rate, which can be related to feeling of panic if not controled. Please contact your treating doctor and ask him if you could start the medication again, this will help in the panic feeling. Thank you.
