Are Delayed Periods Normal While On Micronor Birth Control?

I am taking Micronor, I am on the second pack previously was on the implant (Implant) I had sex during my ovulation time and now I am almost 3 days late on my period. I have taken a test and it is negative. Is it possible that I have a late period due to hormonal changes/imbalance from Micronor?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hormone medicine taken then it may cause the irregular menses and it may not be the conception hope this information helps.
