Are Delayed Menstruation, Backache And Fatigue Signs Of Pregnancy?
Hi.. my last period date was 28th June to 5th July, after that I missed my next period and feeling pregnancy symptoms like backache , lower abdominal pain, morning sickness fatigue and some others but my urine and blood tests were negative. I have normol hormonal level, No Pcos or other issue and today on 13th August m hav8ng redish brown spotting with cramps. Is it pregnancy?

yes. all these are signs of pregnancy. gets to tests repeated. go for usg as its quite a time since your last period
