However it is too early for any signs of pregnancy to develop. It is more likely that you may be having an infection [urinary as well as vaginal or cervical] that is producing these complaints. It is better to see a gynecologist and have yourself examined for infection as soon as possible. Pregnancy can be detected by a blood test about at the time when the next period is due or by a urine test 1 week after the missed period. So please rule out the infection now and start treatment.
