Are Constipation, Sore Breasts And Heartburns Indicative Of Pregnancy?

Hi. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. I am having sore breasts especially around the nipples, heartburn runs rampant, and I have been having weird issues with constipation and diarrhea both. I still urinate regularly though I don t drink enough water. I don t have a regular period so I don t know when I m due next especially since I had one of my fallopian tubes cut when I got a bad cyst. I am very moody and the heartburn sometimes makes me feel nauseous. Am I pregnant?

I really appreciate our concern, this are not the pregnancy related symptoms but could be some nonspecific, and may be due to some hyperacidity related but these all can be aggravated with stress, anxiety, depression, hope this information helps, take care.
