Do take medication as directed by your doctor and add lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains into your diet. It is very important to drink adequate amounts of water as no amount of fibre helps if your water consumption is too less to keep your stools soft. Next thing, your IUD acts only on the inside of the uterus and it doesn t cause constipation in any way.
