Thank you for posting enquiry,

Anxiety disorders are mental problems regarded as feelings of anxiety and fear. There are many types of anxiety disorders including alcoholism and extreme caffeine use, withdrawal from some drugs such as opioids, panic disorder and phobia (around 10% population may suffer from phobia), agoraphobia, Social anxiety disorder, Post-traumatic stress disorder, hyperthyroidism, Obsessive–compulsive disorder, etc.

According to patient history presented by you, I think you may suffer from a moderate phobia, panic disorder and depression. The symptoms mentioned by you show you need serious treatment using both PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC programs (long-term strategy) and pharmacotherapy (short-term strategy).

Based on my experience, I suggest you to visit a psychologist for following up an appropriate plan to treat your mental illness. However, since you are suffering from a chest pain, you extremely demand to test your cardiac status using EKG, Stress test, echocardiography, and probably an angiography. You also demand to test your blood and urine to rule out many somatic problems leading to panic disorders.

Hope you get well soon,

Regards,
