Hi welcome to HCm
I have gone thru query regarding cardiovascular exercises after angioplasty.
One thing I am anxious to know ,if you are still having chest pain ?

It is good that you have joined Physical fitness centre .

You can exercise safely after an angioplasty and stent . Regular physical activity can help strengthen your heart muscle. It can also reduce your risk for heart disease and control issues that can cause heart problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and obesity.

People with heart conditions who exercise regularly and make heart-healthy changes live longer than those who don’t. After an angioplasty, get moving as soon as your doctor permits .Discuss with your doctor what’s safe for you, then experiment with different activities .
To adopt a healthy lifestyle, which includes good nutrition and regular physical activity , it is important, especially for an individual who had angioplasty to first gain support from your doctor. Prior to beginning, your doctor will want to make sure you are not currently suffering any symptoms like chest pain with exertion to suggest active coronary disease.

By all means, however, once your doctor gives you the okay to exercise, such as light weightlifting, has an important impact on your health. and any other form of activity that gets your heart moving regularly.
Even resistance training, Deep breathing - Inhale - hold - Exhale - hold , help , detox & oxygenise our heart & proper blood circulation in our body .
Avoid fried fast foods too much of sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol , smoking ,stress ,constipation , sleeplessness ,dehyderation

Hope this helps solves your query .Take care , All the best .
