Are Breathlessness, Excessive Sweating And Headache Caused Due To Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis?

I have Hashimoto s Throiditis (diagnosed 8 months ago). The last 2 days, I have felt just bad. When I get up, I get out of breath, I rain where I never used to even sweat. Shaky, and get a headache. Concerned. (I am 57 year old moderately overweight female) Is this because of the Hashi s?
