Are Blood In Urine And Painful Urination Signs Of UTI?

This morning, I saw a drop of blood in my urine and saw a patches of blood when I wipe. I thought i am having my period (it s almost time), but I urinate a lot and have a burning feeling when passing urine...from my feet to the palm of my hand. Is this Urinary Tract Infection?

UTI mainly associated with burning micturation , dribbling of urine and at few times associated with blood.
get done urinr r&m , urine culture , cbc...etc
