Are Backache, Nausea And Dizziness Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi , i ve had a miscarriage a month ago and i had a petogen injection for my first time in my life about 9 days after the miscarriage .. One week after the petogen injection we had sex .. Three weeks later i began to feel pregnancy symptoms , backache , nausea , dizziness , fatigue , frequent urine and my boobs are tender ... Can i be pregnant ?

I understand your concern
Backache, nausea,fatihue, breast soreness and dizziness are the variable symptoms of the pregnancy.
From these symptoms it is difficult to tell about the pregnancy
It could be due to the hormonal imbalance caused by the petogen injection, premenstrual symptoms.

Absence of the period is the definitive sign of the pregnancy.
So if your period will delay by the 8-10 days from the normal expected period date the then go for urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG to confirm the pregnancy.
Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and green leafvy vegetables
Do gentle breast massage with evening prime rose oil,
If nausea is intolerable then take tablet domperidone
Drink plenty of water, take small frequent meal, do regular exercise, adequate sleep for 7-8 hours.
