Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
Lichen planus pigmentosus is a rare type of lichen planus and is characterized by the presence of hyperpigmented, dark-brown macules in sun-exposed areas of the body.

The lesions usually do not cause any symptoms. The exact cause of Lichen planus pigmentosus is unknown. There is no treatment which is effective for lichen planus pigmentosus.
I would suggest you to take
Vitamin A therapy
Tacrolimus ointment- This can be used only after consulting your dermatologist.

I suggest you to consult the dermatologist for complete examination and appropriate treatment.
Thank you.
