Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it Krimson 35 is a hormone replacement therapy and changes in hormonal levels on body can lead to eruption of pimples..
polycystic ovarian Syndrome patients might have imbalances in hormones and can be prone to Acne..
I would suggest you to consult your Gynaecologist and get evaluated..
As of now you can start washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash, apply Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin gels in combination, Apply Adapelene gel at night, exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub and take Multivitamin supplements..
You can also avoid oily food and limit sun exposure..
Drink plenty of water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe acne on face which is very common due to hormonal change as you are having PCOD. Pimples on the skin occur due to various hormonal imbalances, stress, poor hygiene as it is formed due to clogged facial pores that get infected with bacteria. Need not to worry. Krimson 35 as advised to you is an oral contraceptive pill. Its better to be mobile when you are on the tablet as there are chances of thrombotic phenomenon. I would suggest you to apply cream rich in Azelaic acid or Kojic acid and apply twice daily. It will lighten pigmentation on skin. Apply Adapelene gel once at night Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30, it will prevent further skin pigmentation. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments. You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms keeps on persisting. Take supplements rich in vitamin C.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
