Are Abdominal Pains, nausea And Headache Normal After A Failed IVF Procedure?

Hello, I have one question. I am 32 years, I had a IVF in March my pregnancy test was negativ and I started to bleed on the 2nd of April after I stopped the hormones. Since almost 2 weeks now I noticed sharp stabbing pain in my lower abdomen down to the groin area which comes and goes. But it feels like it is getting worse. Since almost a week I also feel nausea with dizziness and headache. Loss of appetit is also one of my symptoms. I still don't have my period yet. Is that normal or do I have to see a Doctor. Thanks for your help.

Hi
GREETINGS
You have not mentioned the indication for IVF.
If many follicles were there during induction if ovulation you need to get an ultrasound scan to find out the status of ovary.
If the pain is severe we need to rule out infections slso.Hence I suggest you to consult a gynaecologist.
Hope my answer helps you.
Regards
