Are UTI Infections Symptomatic With Diarrhea And Dizziness?
Hello, I was recently diagnosed with a UTI.I complained of vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps all of which become more severe over the course of a couple of months. The diarrhea became black. I also experienced dizziness and shaky tremors. Could this all be due to an untreated UTI?

Dark colored stools, along with abdominal cramps and a few other symptoms mentioned should raise doubt for a possible upper GI bleed. So observe your stool when it is solid and let your doctor know if you notice it to be darkened or black.
