Are Tylenol And Codeine Tablet The Right Medication For Sharp Stomach Pain And Back Pain?
I have upper stomach and back pain at the same time. It s a sharp and heavy pain . When I m lying down it hurts more. My CT scan are almost normal except small duodenal diverticulum , fibroids of the uterus. My past endoscopy revealed I had GERD and gastritis(2013) . Today and 3 days ago I m suffering an on and off pain. ER doctor changed my Ranetidin to Protonix. I stopped Prevacid because it increased my liver function test to triple digit. What is the best thing to eat or do to prevent having too much pain? Also , I m taking Tylenol with codeine when I feel severe pain. Could this will contribute more pain?
dear friend the correct medication for you conditio of GERD and diverticulosis will certainly not be Tylenol and codeine you will get relief from an antacid may be ranitidine or pantoprazole either of them along with it levosulpiride or domperidone combination please discuss with you physician and do not self medicate it may end up aggravating the situation
