Are Tranexamic Acid And Duvadilan Safe For Sub-placental Hemorrhage?

Hi I m 24W5d pregnant my Dr notice I have subplacental hemorrhage and I experience pain in my abdominal and no bleeding then he give an tranexamic acid 3xD and duvadilan 2xD . It is safe to take that med? Because I m worried about my baby. Please I need to know if I have to take that medication. Thank you.
