Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Parkinson's disease is a disorder that is diagnosed on basis of clinical history and physical examination. No specific confirmatory tests are available to confirm the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. So if he is having tremors at feet, hands since one year these could be occurring due to Parkinson's. Other possible causes like Anxiety disorder, Essential tremors, hyperthyroidism etc should also be ruled out first before making the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.

The drugs he has been advised like Syndopa, Pramipaxol, Paroxetine etc are safe drugs. Pramipaxol and Syndopa are anti parkinsonian drugs. Paroxetine is an anti anxiety drug. You can start giving him the drugs as per prescription without any doubt. No need to worry.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
