Are Multivitamins And Omega Tablets Safe When Planning To Get Pregnant?
Iam planning for second baby. My Age is 29. Is it safe to take Amway Nutrilite supplements like Multivitamin, Iron Folic, Daily , Vitamin B, Cal Mag tablets before pergnancy. Iam worried about Multivitamin and Omega tablets as i didnt take these tablets during my first pregnancy. Thanks

Preconceptional folic acid is very beneficial to the fetus as it has been found to reduce risk of abortion and abnormal foetuses. the multivitamins are safe. start them and continue till at least 3 months into pregnancy
