Are Molilium And Buscopan Same Kind Of Medicines?

Hello, I have been in the hospital yesterday, unfortunately I drank for 3 days very heavily and in the morning was feating like having heart attack, with dizziness and chest pains. After every test done, xray chest, EKG, blood and urine test all came out normal. I was given a lot of medicine for the stomach my main concern is Molilium and Buscopan 3 times a day together. Are they the same kind of medicine?

Hello.Domperidone and Hyoscine are drugs with opposite effects.
Domperidone is a stimulant of stomach-intestine mobility and Hyoscine is an inhibitor of stomach-intestine motility. It is not appropriate to take both drugs together. If you have gas and bloated abdomen, Domperidone is the drug indicated. If you have abdominal cramps and diarrhea,Hyoscine is the drug indicated.
I wish you good health.
