Are Folic Acid Tablets Safe Before Conception?

I had two abortion first gestation not presented and second one for heart beat not started so I undergone DNC last June 2nd... am O negative group by husband B positive ... I took anti D injection... if I get conceive 3rd time also I will get abortion like that tention.... shall I take iron folic acid tablet before trying pregnancy .... what will I do for avoid abortion

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
It is good that you have taken anti D injection as it is necessary to continue with pregnancy when there is Rh incompatibility.
Folic acid supplementation is known to keep functioning of tissue at its optimum. Iron supplementation would help to correct anaemia, which might have occurred during abortion or with D & C procedure due to blood loss.
There is no harm in taking it now as it could help in keeping the ovarian tissues healthy.
After conceiving, its intake is a must as it has beneficial effects for both mother and fetus.
