Are Estrogen Injections More Effective Than Tablets?

Hi, im a 49 year old Transvestite and am taking estradiol under doctor care, 8mg in a 24hr period, im also taking Spironolactone 200mg a day. I m not getting the results I would like. I was wondering if estrogen injections would be more potent than the tabs ?

hai mam ... just discontinue the spirinolactone and continue only estradiol ...spirinolactone will be inhibits the action of estradiol ...
