Are Clindamycin Gel And Doxycycline Advisable For Acne On Face?

Hello, Doctor.I m 22 yrs old girl and have some pimples on my face from few days i m using clindamycin gel in morning , tremux ms gel at bed time and doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules in evening empty stomach and using face clear face wash as prescribed by my dermatologist...should i continue with this????? how long it will take to cure???

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the medicines that you are taking that is Clindamycin gel and Trunex MS gel as well as Doxycycline and Lactobacillus are appropriate Medication and along with it you should wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash and also apply Benzoyl Peroxide gel..
You can also do cool compresses over the pimples..
Take Multivitamin supplements..
Avoid oily food and excess sun exposure..
You can also go for Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
Continue for atleast 4 to 6 months..
