Are Cipro Tablets Advisable For Phlegm And Mild Fever?

I have a few cipro 500 mg tablets left and would like to try them to get rid of all the phlegm to make sure it does not get into my lungs as a bacterial infection. At night I have a slight temperature (100.5) In the morning it is normal. Overall, I feel week, cold and sleepy.
