Are Allegra, Prednisone And Zinnat Right Medication For Sore Throat Due To Dust And Bleach Fumes Inhalation?

I have a sore throat for more than 8 days now. I inhaled a lot of dust while on a job. Additionally, I inhaled a lot of bleach fumes when I wash dishes. Please dont worry , these are the correct medications and you should continue them.I would also recommend steam inhalation 3-4 times a day , it will help
