Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Absence of any parasitic infection after repeated stool examination rules out parasitic infection for all practical purposes.
Large quantity of stools may be due to malabsorption.
You need to get tests for malabsorption.
Consult your gastroenterologist for malabsorption tests.
If there is malabsorption is present due to pathology of any organ involved in absorption of food products, appropriate treatment can be given.

Thanks and take care
