Hi,
From your history it seems that you are having fungal infection in vagina.
But now it seems that due to itching there might be having some secondary bacterial infection there is swelling.
Continue with anti-fungal treatment.
Now you may require some antibiotic oral medicine to control bacterial infection.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
