Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You seem to be suffering from telogen effluvium which is common during pregnancy and lactation. As such it is a reversible condition, so medicines are not mandatory. I would advise that you improve your diet and take a diet rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. Usually telogen effluvium post pregnancy persists for six to nine months. Also thyroid can lead to hair fall, so please continue your thyroid medicines.
Hope this helped.
