Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

There are glands on both sides of the urethra and hopefully you only have a infected blocked opening for this gland.
Blocked glands can occur anywhere and commonly are due to increased moisture/sweating.
You can soak in a warm/hot bath with Epsom salt. Soaking for 20 minutes twice per day should help a blocked gland drain.

The other possibility is that you have contracted genital herpes. It has become quite common for oral herpes to be transmitted genitally despite a person not having signs of a lesion.
I recommend you schedule an appointment with a gynecologist to have testing performed. While waiting for your appointment, you can perform the soaks. If the soaks help, then it isn't herpes.
However, a herpes sore can resolve on its own in a few days. Therefore, even if it resolves I would recommend you have blood testing performed to determine if you have the virus.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
