Any Suggestion For Swollen Cheeks/glands At Jaw Bone Line To Cheek Bones?

My cheeks feel swollen, swollen glands start right at my jaw bone line just in front of my ears and extends to my cheek bones. No other symptoms other than having caught the flu 2 1/2weeks ago. Just got a flu shot 3 days ago. I went to my doctor for a check up and he said at that time my salvatory glands were clogged and swollen. My blood test was ok with the white blood count at 9. My salvatory glands went down the day after the flu shot, but my cheek glands have become swollen. Could you please let me know what you think and what type of doctor I should seek next if needed. I do not have chills, fever, or am sweating. Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern your doctor put the right suspicion, and I agree with this the salivary duct must have been block, and this need to be ruled out better to get done the test or see the ENT surgeon, hope this information helps you have nice day.
