Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

• Yes, Oxeroute or Pilorute ointment can be applied before and after going to the bathroom.
• Sitz bath can give some relief (sitting in hot water mixed with Dettol or povidone solution).
• Surgery is the best.
• Take high fiber diet.
• Plenty of oral liquids are necessary.
• Avoid fatty foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anusuya Ramesh
