Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi kunal and thanks for your question.
It would have been more helpful if you had mentioned the name of the surgery but I'll try and help you out
1) Septoplasty: They correct your deviated nasal septum thus helping the sinusitis greatly
Cost
Private hospitals: Anywhere between 50k to 1 lakh
Government hospitals: 20k to 30k
Suggestion: Do your due diligence before going in for surgery because while cost is important it's better to pay a little extra and get a proper surgery

2) Rhinoplasty: Nasal bone reduction and referred to as a nose job
Cost
Private setup and hospitals: Around 40k
Government setup : 12 to 20k
Suggestion: The same

Also please ask around for the best ent surgeon in your city and find out his/her rate. Then compare it to the other private hospitals
I hope this answers your question
I find this answer helpful
