First of all, try to avoid the flight as it can cause definitely pose more problems unless the aeroplane is pressurized. It is possible that you need to take additional antibiotic, an anti-inflammatory medicine like serratiopeptidase and steroids. Instill decongestant nasal drops and take steam inhalations. Get an opinion of an ENT Surgeon to get your a clinical evaluation, examination and further treatment to cure the Eustachian tube dysfunction to get all the things cleared.
