Any Suggestion For Difficulty In Pulling Foreskin Of Penis?

i am 21 years old...and i had a problem regarding with the foreskin of my penis,i could not pull it down, however i am able to pull it down now but i seem to have alot of smegma covering around my glan, what measures should i take that would help me remove it ?

Hello

Your findings may suggest phimosis.It is a surgical condition in which fore skin can't be retracted over glans penis.
I suggest to go for circumcision.It is a minor operation in which foreskin is cut out and skin is tied over coronal sulcus.
It is better to get rid of this condition earliest because phimosis may cause surgical emergency if it is stuck over glans penis.It may compromise distal blood supply.
So,you should consult surgeon for proper management.
Increased smegma may be related to poor genital hygiene.You should clean are regularly be everting foreskin.
