Dear sir

Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure are high. It appears that the treatment what you are taking.

It appears that you need to change the medicines.

Since systolic blood pressure is high, it is recommended to start thiazides type diruretics to lower systolic blood pressure

Adviced to continue betablocker like labetolol to decrease diastolic blood pressure.

Adding calcium channel blocker will increase the blood pressuring controlling capacity.

Thanks
