Any Cure For 8 Years Paralytic Attack On Left Hand And Leg That Shows No Improvement ?

Dear Sir,
I Hope you are well, and I am asking you one question my father the last 8 years paralytic attacked the left hand and left leg not working properly there is no improvement what we do now is there any solution please give some advice

Physiotherapy would be the best option for returning any function to the left side of the body, if it is possible at this time.

His doctor can refer him to a physiotherapist who will be able to guide him through exercises that may help improve his ability to function even if in a minor way. It is important to remember however that contracture of the muscles can occur after they are not used for a long time.

Control of any risk factors that would have led to his condition is also important.
