Anxiety With Skipped Heart Beats.How Can I Make Them Stop ?

Well i have Anxiety Bad and im on Xanax which helps alot! But lately when im having a mild case of Anxiety my Heart skips beats alot, some times maybe 20 or more times in a hour, doctors say they are normal with Anxiety, Im only 19 and im FREAKED out, how can i make them stop is there anything i can do?

Unfortunately, lots of people have anxiety. Too much will cause health issues. Your skip heart beat will repeat if your condition doesn't improve. If it just started skipping, you could reverse it by stopping your anxiety or try to stay away from things that makes you feel anxiety. we know it's hard to do.
