Anxiety, panic attack, body shakes all the time

Hi doctor, i am from bangalore. i have anxiety problem . i remember having this since my 7th standard. i thought i would be good later when i join college but it worsened. first it was only stage fear. but later for small small things i get panic attack. i feel as though i am on edge. i cannot speak to strangers. my hands shivers regularly even if i am not worried.. it shivers every time. and when i am worried my whole body shakes and words doesn t come out of me. most of my college presentation i couldn give because my leg shivers badly along with my body shivers, my heart pounds as if i am just gonna have heart attack ,and my voice tone changes.. i lost many interview because of that. now i a not able to speak anywhere. i am avoiding lots of social functions. its not that i am stupid and i dont have things to speak in social. i can speak very well but because of my panic attacks i prefer not to speak. i thought later thats because of my irregular periods but my periods is regular since three months still no change at all. i am tensed as i am gonna marry in short time and it will affect my life.

It is high time you discuss your problems with your parents immediately and get counseling with psychotherapist/psychiatrist .
You will be all right with counseling and medicines [if required].
It will be good you get you confidence back and face all the social events with confidence and feel the joy of it before you go for marriage .
