Anxiety, Increased Heart Rate. Prescribed Xanax. Will Gaba Supplement Help?

hi, i almost had a head on collison seven weeks ago and i wasnt hurt but a week later i started having anxiety and my heart rate went up enought so i couldnt sleep so after a few days my doctor put me on xanax three times a day and i know this drug doesnt cure so how can i get better without taking this and how long do i have to suffer? James, there is a supplement called GABA that may help? thanks

But medication is most effective when combined with behavioral therapy and anxiety self-help strategies.
