Anxiety Attack, Numbness In Arms And Heart, Skipping Of Heart Beats. Whats The Treatment?
I had for the first time i think was an anxiety attack, i was numb in my arms and my heart was racing, it may have been because i thought i felt my heart skip a beat or something. I have never had a problem with anxiety before or any other related issues, i was wondering is there ways i can curb it so i can stop worrying.
