Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You must understand that Coronary Angiography is Gold standard in detecting arteries blockages and as your angiography shows multiple (4) lesion it is not clear how critical the lesions are and is she is having angina or not.
If she is having angina and taking optimal medical therapy such revascularization is treatment of choice.
I think she should consult good cardiac surgeon, and if it is required she should under go such surgery.
If she is absolutely against surgery then rest or restricted activity with optimal medical therapy is other option, there are few other alternative like, Enhanced External Counter pulsation (EECP).
other procedures and way of treatment do not have scientific basis so we can not comment on them.
One should not risk his/her life.
Take care
Good Luck.
