Anemic, multiple fibroids in uterus, scanty flow and intense abdominal pain during periods. Prescribed softer-on, grenada. Is it effective?

Hello, I am anaemic and have multiple fibroids in the uterus ,and also bleed slot in my menestrual period specially for two days. My dr has suggested softer on tablet for iron and Grenada during period. My problem is also tremendous pain in d abdomen on the first night it s like gaseous acidic feeling.please help me thank you.

if your anemia and discomfort due to the fibroids is that severe, then you probably need more than just those medications to treat your problem. you most likely need to treat the cause of the problem which is the fibroids. they would need to be removed surgically, or treated with embolization, or a medication such as Lupron, or with a hysterectomy. which one is right for you depends on many different factors, such as your age, your medical history, and the size and location of the fibroids. so it would be impossible for me to recommend what is right for you, you need to have a long discussion with your doctor about your options.
