Hi,thanx for writing to us.
Well u have collapsed at work means ur level of anaemia is sever enough.
U plz consult a doctor at once.
U might require intravenous iron drips which will improve ur anaemia in about a month or so.
U plz rest at home itself till the time u feel better.
It's dangerous to go to work.
Even if u want to go let someone accompany u.byrrr
