I am 51 year old.My test is as follows: <br><br> <br><br>Uterus is 130 mm long contains large myoma in posterior of fundus body with siza 126x96mm. <br><br>Endometriiumis irregular with maximumthickness 10 mm. <br><br>both ovaries shows normal echoand size. <br><br>right ovary 26x14 mm left ovary38x16 mm

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your ultrasound scan shows a large fibroid in the upper portion of uterus measuring 126 x 96 mm. This is a benign tumor and surgical treatment is the best option if you are having pain and irregular bleeding. If your family is complete then a total hysterectomy can be done. In women who are still in child bearing age group, a myomectomy is usually done.

Rest of the structures are normal.
