Ammonia-smelling, Sticky, Clear Substance In Stools, Fever. Can You Advise?
My son has an ammonia smelling sticky clear substance in his poo. He also woke up this morning with a mild temperature of 38 degrees. Can u advise please. He is taking piriton syrup twice a day for hay fever but has not had his 2.5ml dose yet this morning as I gave him 5 ml of calprofen to try and bring his temperature under control.

He is having infective colitis , get his stool tested . He need antimicrobial treatment accordingly.
