Ammonia Smell In My Nose
I can smell ammonia constantly, it feels as tho its in my nose

This type of feeling we find in may conditions.
This may be due to infection of olfactory nerve due to viral infection, chronic sinusitis,many a time due to chronic infction of lungs like broncheactesis,empyema,chronic bronchitis.
You may feel this smell in chronic infection in the nose.
Consult ENT sp and get investigated.
