Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
I have gone through the available details, you are known case of Hypothyroidism and taking supplementation regularly your TSH was normal to begin with pregnancy. Your TSH is slightly high 4.6.
It is true requirement increases in pregnancy and in first 3 months TSH should be Please check your FT3, FT4 and TSH and consult a Endocrinologist for keeping optimum thyroid function for optimum result. If there is any increase in dose of Thyroxine only to be done with consultation of your Physician/Endocrinologist only do not increase by yourself.
Please take care of your diet and exercise with other supplements also like calcium, iron and folic acid.
Hope this is useful to you.
Wish you safe motherhood.
Take care.
