Am In Menopause. Sore And Stiff Feet, Painful And Swollen Hands. Related?
Hi Dr. Samuel Grief I am 49 yrs. old, have been in menopause for over a year now. I am very healthy. I exercise (walk my 2 dogs, bicycle) & have always been active. My feet are sore & stiff when I get out of bed in the a.m. & when I get up from sitting for a little while. My hands hurt & are swollen in the a.m., too. Does this have to do with menopause?
