Am I The Right Weight??

I am a 5'3" 20 year old college female. I currently weigh 162 pounds. When looking at online BMI calculators they all say I am overweight. But, I used to weigh up to 20 pounds more than I do now. This weight was removed by participating in college marching band. After marching band is when i lost all of the weight and I have continued to hold the weight steady for over 2 years. I try to exercise everyday and watch what I eat. So why am I considered overweight and should I be worried? My doctor is a pediatrician and never seems interested to talk about weight.

If your doctor is not mentioning much about your weight, then it does mean that your weight is within the normal range or just slight fluctuation. Ofcourse exercising everyday is good and you should try to get into that habit.
