Your nosebleeds are unlikely related to this situation and are not a symptom of pregnancy. The morning after pill works best if you take it within 3 days of unprotected intercourse but it still can work for up to a week. So the greatest possibility is that you are not pregnant but I advise that if you do not get a period at the end of your pill pack that you do a pregnancy test, and consider seeing your regular family doctor if your nosebleeds continue.
